Reporting To: Dispatch Manager / Logistics Head
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Preferred in Commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain)

Job Description:

Sure Safety India Limited is looking for a dedicated Operations Executive - Retail to coordinate and manage post-dispatch activities including material traceability, documentation, system updates, and communication. The role ensures smooth tracking and record-keeping of all dispatch operations through SAP and email coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Send daily dispatch intimation emails to all SSIL staff, mentioning invoice details, transporter name, and delivery status.
Maintain complete traceability and tracking of all dispatched materials.
Update Goods Receipt (GR) details in SAP on a daily basis.
Follow up with transporters for non-delivered or delayed shipments with proper escalation (CC to Dispatch Executive).
Maintain accurate records of Proof of Delivery (POD) including invoices, gate passes, and additional documents.
Develop and maintain a quick retrieval system for PODs for audit and reference purposes.
Coordinate internally for approvals and dispatch updates.

Key Competencies / KRAs:

Timely dispatch updates and follow-ups.
Accurate GR posting in SAP.
Effective tracking and documentation of dispatched goods.
Maintenance of a well-organized POD filing system.
Clear and consistent communication with internal and external teams.

Other Skills & Attributes Required:

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Ability to handle multiple follow-ups under tight deadlines.
