Job Description
Spearhead end-to-end resourcing operations with a strong focus on financial
planning, budgeting, and cost optimization.
Collaborate with delivery team stakeholders to track project milestones, forecast
resource requirements, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Drive project financial planning by aligning resource allocations with revenue and
cost projections; coordinate necessary approvals and documentation.
Monitor internal reports to track pending resource allocations and their financial
impact on project timelines and deliverables.
Ensure optimal billing utilization by validating resource deployment against
predefined benchmarks, reducing potential revenue leakage.
Oversee internal resource movements, manage transfer requests, and resolve
project-related allocation queries.
Support the delivery team in project invoicing by ensuring all prerequisites are met,
identifying gaps, and proactively resolving discrepancies with project managers.
Analyze and reconcile invoiced amounts with projected revenues; escalate variances
to delivery and finance leads for timely resolution.
Act as a bridge between operations, and delivery teams to streamline cost control,
improve revenue assurance, and support monthly closing activities.
