Key Responsibilities:

Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving client issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
Business Development: Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Reporting: Generating reports on account performance and key metrics.
Contract Management: Managing contract renewals and negotiating agreements.
Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaboration: Working with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to meet client needs and drive business growth.
