Job Description

This role is one of the most critical roles in order fulfillment and we are looking for young, enthusiastic and passionate professionals to join our fast growing operations team.

Primary responsibilities include:

End to end Order fulfillment - Delivery, installation, product demo, documents and customer's feedback collection
Acting as a liaison between the delivery team, customers, and vendors
Clarifying any issues that come up during order fulfillment
Should be able to help in problem-solving and engage in process improvement process
Co-ordinate with different stakeholders like Delivery Executives, Vendors, Corporate Team, Customer Support Team and with the customers too
