Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop processes and frameworks to build scalable operations function
- Work with the sales team to understand the requirements of supply (owner) and demand (tenant) sides
- Design, Develop and Improve workflows for both tenant & owner acquisition, onboarding, management, & loyalty
- Identify the property management service providers and negotiate contracts with them for various home-related services such as plumbing, electricity issues, furniture issues, structure issues etc..
- Monitor and measure the service quality and delivery of services from the providers
- Support growth of business footprint nationwide by building centralized highly efficient operations team.
- Proficient in English speaking and writing.
- Graduate from any stream.
- Good understanding of real estate market – property management, rental management, buying or selling properties, is preferred.
- Real Estate Operations, Partnering, Negotiations, Team management, Workflow
- Design/Optimization and Customer support.
