Job Description

  •  Assist the senior management in Setting up processes for Operations department as a whole.
  • Implement Ops tools Like FMEA, SCM, quality tools, etc
  • Secondary research - Find, select and suggest partner courier vendors
  •  Primary Research – Find & select packaging & suggest implementation plan.
  •  Compile post-delivery feedbacks & Study patterns of couriers to identify gaps and propose resolution to mitigate risks.
  •  Find innovative packaging solutions for the products as per company’s specifications
  • Standardize packaging & Courier projects
  •  Handover instructions/SOP/project report to deliver orders to customers on assigned routes
  •  Develop control points to ensure smooth and undamaged product flow.
