Job Description
- Assist the senior management in Setting up processes for Operations department as a whole.
- Implement Ops tools Like FMEA, SCM, quality tools, etc
- Secondary research - Find, select and suggest partner courier vendors
- Primary Research – Find & select packaging & suggest implementation plan.
- Compile post-delivery feedbacks & Study patterns of couriers to identify gaps and propose resolution to mitigate risks.
- Find innovative packaging solutions for the products as per company’s specifications
- Standardize packaging & Courier projects
- Handover instructions/SOP/project report to deliver orders to customers on assigned routes
- Develop control points to ensure smooth and undamaged product flow.
