1. Assist in day-to-day operational tasks, including but not limited to process improvement, data analysis, and project coordination
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, troubleshoot issues, and streamline operational workflows.
3. Participate in project management activities, including tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
4. Assist in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and logistics planning.
5. Support the implementation of new tools or systems to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
7. Update and monitor the daily workflows in our Databases, ERP software etc.
Requirements:
Requirements:
1. Graduate or Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Sheets etc.
5. A Laptop with Wifi connectivity is essential
