Job Description
- Generate and publish regular reports related to operational performance.
- Support data compilation and analysis efforts for decision-making.
- Coordinate with regional delivery teams for accurate data inputs.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in presenting findings.
- The interns will be specifically responsible for generating and publishing reports
- Focus reporting and analysis efforts on the following states: Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu (TN),Karnataka
Key Responsibilities
1. Report Generation and Publishing

Create, update, and publish regular operational performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly).

Maintain structured dashboards and reporting templates using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.

Ensure all reports are delivered on time, with accuracy and clarity.

Highlight performance deviations or inconsistencies in the reports with relevant context.
2. Data Compilation and Analysis
-
Support the collection and consolidation of operational data from multiple internal sources and regional delivery teams.

Perform basic to intermediate data cleaning and transformation to ensure quality and consistency.

Analyze trends, variances, and KPIs to assist the operations team in identifying key insights.

Develop visualizations or summaries to clearly communicate data-driven findings.
3. Regional Coordination
-
Act as a liaison between central operations and regional teams in Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka.

Ensure timely and accurate submission of data and operational metrics from regional units.
-
Follow up with stakeholders for missing or delayed inputs.

Document and track region-specific performance challenges or noteworthy achievements.
4. KPI Tracking and Reporting

Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency, delivery accuracy, service levels, and regional performance.

Maintain a tracking log of KPI progress for each state (Maharashtra, TN, Karnataka).

Assist in compiling performance snapshots and summaries for leadership reviews.

Flag anomalies or areas that require immediate intervention.
5. Presentation and Documentation Support

Assist in preparing presentations, briefs, or decks for internal meetings using tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides.

Document processes, workflows, and reporting methodologies to ensure continuity and knowledge transfer.

Contribute to the creation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to reporting and data management.
