Operations Intern
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests.
- Check-in/checkout procedure/New Booking-Individual and group/Room move.
- Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
- Assist in service of food and beverage.
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
- Notify superiors of any damages, deficits and disturbances.
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace them when appropriate.
- To ensure cleanliness and upkeep of rooms/dorms.
- Property maintenance checklist and Maintenance tracker-update and follow up.
- Punch KOT -Cafe menu- Preparation and presentation of items
- Adhere strictly to rules.
Eligibility:-
- Are available for a full time (in-office) internship
- Preferable education in the Tourism and Hospitality sector
- are available for a duration of 2 months
- have relevant skills and interest
