Operations Job in Vibrant Serve at Delhi

• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements, and deliver concerned
  
• artifacts required by the business as needed. This applies to in-house development as well.
  
• Decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the user needs.
  
• Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
  
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. 
  
• Should be able to extract data and work around with it.
  
• Analyze the problem from different angles and perform gap analysis.
  
• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  
• Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  

Skill set:

• Sound working knowledge of MS Excel/MS Access and PowerPoint presentation
  
• Understanding of Operations/Trade Lifecycle and other daily use financial terms
  
• Basic knowledge of Settlements/Corporate Actions/Dividend/Interest Payments/Billing
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. 
  
• Sound business acumen and analytical bent of mind.
  
• Should be a graduate/post graduate in any field
