About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on ERP Software installation and configuration
2. Interacting with clients and measuring customer satisfaction
3. Managing the completion of small, medium and large implementation projects within the time allotted for each project
4. Establishing technical specifications, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
5. Maintaining and improving operations by monitoring client performance
