About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Good Team Communication.
2. Checking transactions initiated by the front-end teams
3. Manage customer queries with regards to our process
4. Understand the product flow of a typical loan
5. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
6. Resolve customer complaints via phone or email
7. Verify credit committee's proposals and ensure all documentation is correct
8. Manage customer queries with regards to our process
9. Report to BD and operations team on daily activity and updates
10. Carry out regulatory activities in line with the loan application requirements
