Job Description
1. Manage vendors and all other B2B partners in the ecosystem
2. Run the operations of the company
3. Coordinate with all teams working for the company
4. Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team
5. Design policies that align with an overall strategy
6. Implement efficient processes and standards
7. Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention
8. Ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.g. data protection)
9. Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization
10. Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders
11. Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
12. Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
13. Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
14. Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in Operations
2. Familiarity with all business functions including HR, finance, supply chain, and IT
3. Experience with implementing IT systems
4. Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
5. Good with numbers and financial planning
6. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
7. Excellent organizational and leadership ability
8. Analytical mind
9. Problem-solving aptitude
10. BSc/BA in Business, Computer Science or other relevant fields

Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid 3000 on every Performance that you make or deliver.
