Job Description
1. Visit the main trading locations of the commodities within the district/city to engage with traders of all size
2. Persuade traders to draw quality report from the Praman app for completing their trades
3. Follow SOP (mainly sampling integrity) to take photos and generate the quality report on the Praman app for the traders who need assistance for the initial usage
4. Share quality results with the other side of the users (who could be either buyer or seller)
5. Gather and learn the feedback from the traders to further improve the app
6. Publish the daily reports generated that day, phone number shared with, nature of user (buyer/ seller), and feedback
7. Learn any changes in SOP and change report generation accordingly
8. Follow up with users for whom past reports were taken and re-engage them for report generation
9. Work on sharing quality information with buyers/sellers in this district

3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from Agra, Indore, Pune, Bangalore, Jaipur, Mumbai and neighboring cities

1. Exposure to agricultural marketing and hands-on experience of onboarding users to the app with navigation during demonstrations preferred
2. Good communication skills, especially in the local language of the mentioned region
3. Bachelor's degree in any field of study. Agricultural qualification is preferred
4. Past work experience of 1+ years preferred
5. Residing in the mentioned region (city/district)
6. Has personal transport (bike) for the visits
7. Local/Regional language fluency (spoken/written) is mandatory
