Operations Job in Gigforce Private Limited at Ahmedabad

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support our clients in their day to day operations by resolving their queries/complaints
2. Lead a group of blue-collar workers to help them achieve their operational goals (you may be leading 15-50 such workers depending on your performance)
3. Work on recruitment screening for the blue-collar workers over the phone
4. Work to onboard them on a day to day basis
5. Track their performance metrics such as daily login and attendance
6. Make sure that they are well-groomed, etc.

Note: The internship will require to go on-field at least twice a week to onboard and train these guys.
