Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing end to end responsibility once the customer has booked & building good
customer relationship with them
2. Implementing all the process so that customer has a smooth experience throughout
3. Analyzing the need of the customer to offer him other courses which are helpful to enhance their skill
4. Ensuring that timely feedbacks are taken & registered so that relevant team can take action to upgrade the system
5. Taking a customer focus approach to handling any customer queries/grievances & providing resolution
6. Providing support to all stakeholders in the system viz teacher, parent, student, etc.
