Job Description

About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Being a part of all routine day-to-day operations and administrative activities
2. Assisting in the logistics of incoming imports, domestic supplies, and outgoing deliveries
3. Analyzing & troubleshooting the supply and delivery issues promptly
4. Coordinating with logistics partners for deliveries & maintaining the necessary documents on a day-to-day basis
5. Maintaining and presenting reports of stocks, supplies, and deliveries to operations head
6. Reviewing customer orders from sales managers & ensuring timely & accurate customer delivery by coordinating with sales managers
7. Maintaining proper record of all invoices and delivery notes to customers and invoices from suppliers in an organized manner for monthly bookkeeping purposes
8. Being positive & productive with suppliers and customers for business growth
9. Working seamlessly in a team and coordinating with all team members for required activities
10. Working under pressure and meeting deadlines
11. Representing the values of the company in all your professional interactions
