About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creating YouTube rituals on a daily basis
2. Working on YouTube channel optimizations in terms of design, SEO, etc.
3. Coordinating with the production team for smooth ritual conduction
4. Coordinating with educators on a daily basis for internal team communication
5. Ensuring smooth content publish on different distribution channels
6. Monitoring of sessions for regular audits to ensure quality check on videos
7. Keeping in mind both short-term and long-term objectives of the organization
8. Capturing the essence of the brand in everything you do
9. Thinking out of the box

Other requirements

1. Must be a hustler, receptive to feedback, and open to working in a dynamic environment

2. Familiar with digital tools & platforms, including Telegram, vidIQ or TubeBuddy, Canva, Google sheets, etc.

3. Knowledge of digital marketing or SEO will be an added advantage

4. A fresher or 1 year of experience in a similar role

5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
