Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work with colleagues in the business development team to collect the information of the sellers ready to onboard on the FactoryJet platform
2. Connect with the sellers and help them understand the pre-designed template (excel .csv file) to update products and inventory on the FactoryJet platform
3. Devise and present ideas and ways to minimize the time taken to onboard the seller
4. Update and clean the Excel file provided by the sellers before it can be uploaded on the portal
5. Ensure all information is provided by the seller and is updated in the correct row and column in the template file
6. Coordinate between your colleagues from the BD and Tech team and the sellers to ensure a smooth flow of information
7. Update databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
