About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via chat, phone, or email
2. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
3. Analyze and report any malfunctions
4. Update our internal database with information about issues and customer escalations
5. Follow up with customers to ensure their escalations are resolved
6. Gather customer feedback
