About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Acting as the first point of contact for customers to support them on their travel needs
2. Using the ITILITE platform to issue tickets and hotels as per customer's request
3. Suggesting process improvements to reduce turn-around-time for fulfilling customer requests

Who can apply
