Founded in 2005 Lufthansa Technik Services India Private Limited (LTSI) is a fully owned subsidiary of Lufthansa Technik AG (LHT) of Germany. The 150+ people strong company serves as LHT's presence in India and provides value-added services to the spectrum of maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) services. LTSI's focus is on regional component services for Airbus and Boeing commercial aircraft and customers enjoy the comprehensive services of LTSI in the area of spare parts leasing, customer service, and material management support.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on independently managing the customer relationship at operational level by handling all process-related customer inquiries in an efficient manner
2. Work on supporting in various LHT systems and ensuring well-maintained customer information database
3. Work on participating in all customer communication, meetings or conference calls, involving various LHT departments
4. Handle any other duties as assigned
