Operations Job in MoneyTap - Indias First Credit Line App at Bangalore

MoneyTap is India's first app-based consumer credit line, offered in partnership with leading banks & NBFCs. We have raised $9 million in our series. A round from Sequoia India along with existing investors new enterprise associates (NEA) and prime venture partners. Total capital raised - $12.3 million. Using our Android & iOS apps and IndiaStack, consumers go through credit-qualification and a paper-less KYC process in 4 minutes. Once approved, a user gets access to his/her credit limit and can request money anytime from the app. A user can choose to borrow any amount ranging from Rs.3000 up to your max.credit limit, Rs.500000. The amount gets transferred instantly 24x7 and the user can choose the EMIs of their choice to repay the amount borrowed. Not just this, when repaid, the credit limit gets recharged automatically. A user can borrow again from the credit limit. Our product is available in 44 cities across India.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the operations team in executing the KYC verifications of the customers
2. Reviewing the documents collected by the collection executives and doing the logins
3. Assisting in income assessment of a loan applicant
4. calling customers in order to help them complete the registration
