About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Interact with customers, proactively and politely, to ask about their experience and if they require any assistance
2. Ensure customer relationships are well managed and customers give high rating for the service
3. Write clear, succinct emails to respond to customer queries
4. Research good book titles that would be interesting for customers to read, based on their preferences and reading habits
5. Manage the data related to books by ensuring they are up to date
6. Ensure the customer data is maintained well and is error-free
