Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Take full ownership of customer journey once an order is placed (track customer interactions on website/CRM, manage all communications (emails/notifications/calls/chats), keep contact information up to date, set tasks and reminders for follow-up with contacts, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a smooth customer experience)
2. Build workflows for sharing information between marketing automation and CRM
3. Work on customer interviews/focus group discussions/surveys to get feedback, identify and assess pain points
4. Audit customer/CRM data for cleanliness and process improvements
5. Find new opportunities within data for products, sales techniques, marketing personas
6. Perform user and usability testing to identify bugs/problems in the design of the product or service, uncover opportunities to improve the product and process, learn about the target user's behavior and preferences
