Settl. brings safe, comfortable, and fully furnished co-living spaces in Bangalore. We take the daily hassle out of rental accommodation so our members have more time to do the things they're passionate about. From fully-furnished rooms, 24/7 power backups, high-speed internet, nominal deposit to all-inclusive rent, our coliving spaces will take care of all your needs.
We have an all-inclusive and caring community where people bond over movie nights, barbeque nights, yoga sessions, etc. Our curated events aim to bring the Settlrs together to form a closely-knit family. We expertise in providing tech-enabled property management, residential solutions, convenient and community-driven platforms. Our journey began with a bunch of co-living spaces in Bangalore and we are on our way to come up with more. We have made it our mission to create a framework that will allow people to live their lives in the best possible way and enjoy the benefits of living together.
About the internship
We are looking for passionate individuals with high energy and hustlers by nature for a 3 months Internship in Bangalore, in this cross-functional role, you'll use your operational skills & improve both your marketing & sales skills.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include.
1. Work closely with the Head of Operations in building and improving the existing process
2. Find Innovative and scalable operations methods that will lower the operations cost such as the use of ( IoT Devices, Smart Scheduling, etc ).
3. Work on Revenue and Operation models`
4. Conduct market research on competitors

3. Quick learner & a Go-Getter
4. Takes ownership of the task assigned
5.Excited about tech products
