Job Description
1. Approaching multiple stake holders like kinara shops, pg owners, and building partnerships for mobilization of students
2. Identifying community leaders and influencers to understand the community and build partnership
3. Visiting colleges in and around Bangalore and collecting data on students who have passed out and are looking for jobs
4. Building a strong understanding of target location and source and creating a report on the same
Only those candidates can apply who:
- are available for full time (in-office) internship
- are from or open to relocate to Bangalore
- have relevant skills and interests
* Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
Our approach:
1. Designing effective solutions: sourcing/innovating potential solutions, action research, and on-scale trials to develop implementable solutions and get evidence of impact
2. Getting them adopted: evangelizing thru targeted outreach, leveraging networks, & convenings; using endorsers and highlighting benefits key stakeholders value
3. Supporting implementation at scale: including direct support, indirect facilitation, technology, partnerships, addressing ecosystem barriers, risk mitigation impact streams
