Job Description
1. Coordinate with SMT/sales/operations department to process clients' orders: secure freight charges, generate invoices
2. Perform account reconciliations
3. Work on the PO entry in the selected system
4. Work on investigating and resolving any irregularities with the concerned team
5. Work on compilations of files maintain all records & documents
6. Maintain all transport rates records and client SOP.
7. Coordinate for invoice & POD dispatch as per priority
8. Make daily reports and sharing them with the management
9. Handle other invoicing coordinator related duties as directed by the team lead/supervisor
10. Maintain good relationships with the clients

1. Knowledge of Excel & invoicing in sophisticated software, VAT & E-way bill
2. Proper email etiquette (including but not limited to timely replies to all emails received - within the same day of receipt)
