Mr. Med is India's largest online pharmacy for super specialty medicines with a vision of creating a patient-centric, technology-enabled business. Mr. Med goes beyond the call of a pharma marketplace by providing patient-centric services that help in the procurement of medicines and adherence to patient assistance programs.
About the internship
Mr.Med is looking for operations interns to assist our customers in order fulfillment and post-order support. As an operations intern, you will be the brand ambassador of Mr. Med and will be responsible for ensuring customers are always delighted by our products and services.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Answering phone calls and making follow-up outbound calls
2. Using support desk software (Freshdesk, etc) to effectively communicate in omni channel mode
3. Identifying issues and resolving within prescribed SLAs
4. Escalating issues to team leads and persistent issues directly to senior management
5. Responding directly to customers' queries via WhatsApp messages and other chat channels
