About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Shortlist new candidates for the IELTS trainer role
2. Coordinate the interviews with the concerned interview panel
3. Ensure smooth onboarding of the newly hired trainers
4. Send out induction mails and coordinate with the head trainer regarding the trainer schedules
5. Take care of day-to-day trainer operations and other admin activities
