Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling pre & post disbursement documentation (coordinating with the customers and handling documentation for loan & capital market transactions)
2. Working on compliance of sanction terms (timely follow-up and tracking the covenants based on the sanction terms and update & escalate wherever necessary)
3. Coordination and completion of transaction-related audit (timely coordination and completion of various audits for the transactions with the originators and list of empaneled auditors with an eye on cost)
4. Working on business process intelligence/re-engineering
5. Driving process improvement initiatives continuously
6. Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders (support and assistance by providing the required transaction-related documents to internal & external stakeholders in time to facilitate the required task timely)
7. Working on MIS (submission of the timely monthly MIS & ad hoc reports based on the management requirement)
