Operations Job in AAJ Enterprises Private Limited at Delhi

As part of the team operations, assisted by warehouse associates, reporting in-to team leader, the management trainee will need to manage assigned work, ensuring the accuracy of execution and documentation as per the standard operating procedure. He will need to supervise the safe receipt and storage of the merchandise in the warehouse (with assistance from warehouse associates). They will be involved in the planning and execution of all the operational activities in the warehouse. They will also need to ensure that the work is delegated to their subordinates and carried out professionally.

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating with the in-house customer service team for the fulfilment of specific clients requirement
2. Planning day-2-day work and manage workforce (warehouse associates) accordingly
3. Managing and reporting the turn-around-time (TAT) and efficiency of the assigned activities
4. Submitting daily as well as monthly reports
