About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work as the first level point of contact for customer-level queries on the spot
2. Manage reception during business hours
3. Illustrate corporate core values and strive to achieve our mission
4. Support the customer delight team to create a welcoming and collaborative environment for our members
5. Ensure that your building is fully operational and processes are running smoothly
6. Assist with move-ins and move-outs
7. Take direction from the customer delight manager to support the team as necessary
8. Greet members and other people who come in for tours and track walk-ins
