Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Organizing an archiving system
2. Labeling, sorting, and categorizing documents for ease of use
3. Retrieving documents upon request
4. Outlining a long-term storage strategy
5. Adhering to regulatory requirements
6. Working with colleagues to ensure consistency of documentation practice across the company
7. Making data entries
8. Following up with sales/software team for data update
9. Ensuring documentation integrity
10. Controlling access to documents
11. Removing documents that are obsolete
12. Utilizing storage software and applications for electronic filing
13. Performing transcription and conversion work
14. Proofreading documents upon request
