About the internship
Experience : 3 months of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures and operations. (Ensure team follows the SOPs)
Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans
Overseeing money transactions, invoicing and accounting
Employing means to control company costs
Generating operations reports
Devising profitable strategies for businesses basis extensive market and competitive landscape research
Monitor and manage expenses incurred by various departments like HR, Sales, Technology, accounts etc. within the established budget including reviewing and payment of bills and invoices
Track long term sales data and receivables
Coordination/follow up with Sales team/clients for timely payment of receivables
Invoice Generation for clients in coordination with Sales Team
Management of general office operational tasks and expenses
Monitor and assist with customer retention
Assist with account management in coordination with Sales Team
