Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on documentation submission
2. Getting quotations from vendors
3. Acting as a point of contact between the director and internal-external colleagues, vendors, and suppliers
4. Organizing meetings and booking meeting rooms
5. Handling correspondence for director
6. Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
7. Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
8. Producing reports and presentations
9. Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems
10. Handling personel bookings, events, running errands, and home events
11. Making personal payments for credit cards, entertainment household appliances, and utilities
