Job Description
1. Onboard new community managers ensuring that communities are properly configured leading to launch
2. Own customer training on LikeMinds and best practices
3. Act as the first point of contact for community managers day-to-day
4. Sustain and evolve existing programs to keep customers up to date on new features as well as noteworthy stories and insights across several platforms

1. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
2. Strong data analytics skills and its presentation
3. Natural curiosity to share your knowledge with a clear and easy to digest style
4. Strong organization and presentation skills
5. A propensity for relationship building
6. High empathy
7. Leadership skills
8. Problem-solving attitude
9. Prior experience in building communities will be a big plus
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of communities' revenue).
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
