Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist AC India team with organizing meetings, workshops with different stakeholders including a network of local, regional and international actors (CSOs, patient net-works, UN agencies) and authorities/policymakers (state and national) involved in related medical activities
2. Assist team in regular update of the address book of media, policymakers, CSOs, and pharma contacts
3. Provide any assistance with regards to drafting or circulation of briefing documents, letters, and advocacy strategies in line with access campaign priorities on medical dossiers including TB, HIV, viral hepatitis, and vaccines
4. Coordinate blog, list-serves managed by Access campaign in India on TB and access-related issues
5. Contribute to efforts to work with patient groups in India on access to treatment issues, including meetings related to treatment literacy
6. Assist the team with research (online) for data on different issues/ dossiers.
7. Assist the team with admin-finance related functions such as submission of invoices, expense claim settlements, etc.

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 1st Mar'21 and 5th Apr'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Delhi and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements
1. Bachelors degree in any subject
2. Excellent written and spoken English
3. Basic computer skills
4. Good communication, interpersonal and listening skill
5. Flexibility to work beyond official working times
6. Ability to work with a diverse group of people including people living with HIV, TB, and Hepatitis
7. Diligent and able to work independently
