About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle liaison with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions for empanelment, allotment of cases, periodical reporting on the resolution of allocated cases.
2. Keep track of portfolios by maintaining MIS on the basis of feedback from bankers, an actual assessment of groundwork, review of the case
3. Work on periodical reporting and updating to bank/branch authority about progress
4. Handle regular visits to the borrowers/properties in all allocated accounts
5. Coordinate with back-office controller for necessary requirements
6. Work on getting DM/CMM order application and make all the arrangements related to that
7. Arrange everything for symbolic possession and physical possession liaison with police and duty magistrate/court commissioner
8. Assess the market value/status of the property mortgaged
9. Arrange the buyers for the sale of the property
