About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on providing inspired leadership for the organization
2. Work on making important policy, planning, and strategy decisions
3. Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
4. Work on assisting the HR with recruiting when necessary
5. Work on helping in promoting the company's culture that encourages top performance and high morale
6. Work on overseeing budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
7. Work with senior stakeholders
8. Work on ensuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
9. Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals
10. Work on identifying and addressing problems and opportunities for the company
11. Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
12. Work on supporting worker communication with the management team

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 4 Lac/annum
