Yulu is a dockless, smart public bicycle sharing network. Our vision is to decongest urban traffic by providing a scalable, affordable, efficient, and clean solution for the first-mile, last-mile, and short distance commute. Yulu provides a clean, affordable, and healthy alternative to bridge the gap that public transit systems have left unattended.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing operations for our city's largest micro-mobility fleet of electric scooters
2. Managing queries, assistance requests, and logged disputes
3. Coordinating with our fleet management teams on the ground
4. Assigning them tasks in a prioritized manner based on customer requests and information from the system
5. Generating reports from the operational management system, deciphering information and taking corrective measures
