Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on vendor management
2. Onboard members and oversee all accounts, prepare conference rooms for use by monitoring the schedules
3. Maintain a tidy office space by ensuring coffee is replenished as needed, trash bags are removed prior to overflowing, bathrooms are stocked with necessary paper goods, community area furniture is kept in its proper place and noise level is kept at a comfortable level
4. Track walk-ins by maintaining records of prospective members and schedule tours for prospective members through the CRM
5. Give tours as needed if the sales coordinator or general manager are unavailable
6. Call and email leads in the POS system to follow up with prospective members to sell the space
7. Develop and maintain relationships with members to proactively gather information on their needs to identify Venture X and member services that could help them achieve their goals
8. Log all community and virtual member check-ins into the POS system
9. Assist community manager in planning and organizing events for Venture X members and non-members
