Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Plan & execute training programs & projects with college clients
2. Ensure timely reports (attendance, test) to all the stakeholders
3. Analyze data & take initiatives on the basis of reports generated
4. Develop & implement operational policies and procedures
5. Ensure transparency in communication with the stakeholders
6. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
7. Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
8. Support worker communication with the management team

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 7 Lac/annum
