Job Description
About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling the site supervision & quality check
2. Managing the vendor, stock inventory data, measurements, and planning
3. Handling property presentations, online marketing campaigns, online lead generation through portals & B2B projects (civil, electrical, infra & commercial)
4. Motivating sub-contractor ,monitoring & planning of construction stages
5. Maintaining purchase bills ,quotation & inventory details on MIS (MS Excel)
6. Prepare Floor Layouts on Villas & Building . Coordinate with Engineer for 3D Plans & Structure Design of Steel
7. Give valuable inputs for latest innovations in construction industry .
