Job Description
About the internship
1. Support North American customers (voice) contacting for technical assistance with computers on calls
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot various technical issues, using the available knowledge articles and framework abiding by the client's policies and procedures
3. Track unresolved issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
4. Properly escalate and follow up on unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
5. Ensure all issues are properly logged
6. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
7. Respond quickly to customer requests/needs to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
8. Maintain individual performance towards client KPIs
