About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Answering and receiving all incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers and vendors
2. Providing real-time support for all delivery riders in the context of customer orders
3. Handling customer queries and escalations and providing updated information to them pre and post-order deliveries
4. Handling multiple calls and chats on a real-time basis to provide timely resolution for all orders and queries

Additional Information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 1 to 4 Lac/annum
