About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Help resolve earners account-related issues through phone modality as well as in-person
2. Help launch new initiatives
3. Perform research and analysis in support of operations
4. Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement
5. Work with the operations team to streamline the procedures
