About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating the bookings with the customer and managing customer queries over email/chat/call
2. Collecting feedback from customers and managing escalations
3. Ensuring that the company standards are upheld
4. Working on market analysis
