Operations Job in Godrej Consumer Products Limited at Mumbai

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on lead consumer engagement on e-commerce platforms-both UGC & reviews
2. Ensure accuracy of information across all product detail pages
3. Own and improve the process of responding to the feedback received from consumers
4. Collect and analyze consumer feedback on a regular basis to share with various teams and internal stakeholders
5. Manage external stakeholders like vendors and agencies
6. Develop and execute content for all GCPL products on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Bigbasket, Grofers, etc.
7. Own the marketing communication across these products online and continuously work towards improving its basis SEO and latest platform trends
8. Develop impactful communication for all e-commerce related content across GCPL brands
9. Edit and proofread content as needed and take feedback from multiple stakeholders and mold the content accordingly
10. Own and manage the content calendar within the e-commerce marketing team
