About HYPRKYTCHEN FOODTECH PRIVATE LIMITED
We are a full-stack "Kitchen as a Service" platform that empowers F&B brands to expand their footprint across the country.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage day to day operations at a multi-brand delivery kitchen (everything from people management, inventory management, and aggregator relations)
2. Setup scalable processes to ensure smooth operations across all functions within the kitchen
3. Ensure productivity of the kitchen staff (from line cooks to cleaning and facilities management)
4. Manage the inventory (receiving, transfers, use, and track of all inventory items)
5. Manage the order acceptance and handing it over to the delivery boys
Note: We are a startup that's launching its first multi-brand delivery kitchen in Mumbai. So the candidate will be expected to wear multiple hats as we set to launch and operate.
